Introduction

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

We also display clear signage at filming locations notifying individuals that video recording is taking place. Entry into these areas constitutes consent to be recorded and for your image and likeness to be used in our promotional materials, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Consent for Recorded Media
By participating in any events, activities, or interactions facilitated by Local Party Hole Pty Ltd-whether in person or digitally-you grant your full consent for Local Party Hole Pty Ltd to use, reproduce, and publish any images, videos, or content featuring you across its media channels. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Social media platforms
– Email newsletters
– Advertising materials
– The Local Party Hole website
– Other promotional or editorial content
If you are recorded and later wish to request removal of footage, please contact us at customersupport@localpartyhole.com with a detailed description of the content in question. We will assess your request and take reasonable steps to remove the material where feasible. Please note that we may be unable to retract or recall footage already widely distributed via third-party platforms.
Sensitive Information
Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.
Sensitive information will be used by us only:

Local Party Hole Pty Ltd will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
