Video recording is in place during competition hours for verification and integrity of play.
Footage may also be used for promotional purposes as set out below.
Participants who do not wish to have their image or footage used for promotional purposes may opt out prior to participation using the button below (note: opting out makes you ineligible for the prize).
1. Promoter
The promoter of this game of skill is Local Party Hole Pty Ltd (ABN: 22 685 896 217).
2. Game Overview
The game is a hole-in-one competition.
There is no entry cost to play — anyone who plays one shot on the designated Local Party hole per round at the participating golf club is eligible.
The designated hole at each participating golf club is:
- Barossa Valley Golf Club- Hole 6.
- Eastwoood Golf Club- Hole 2.
- Highercombe Golf & Country Club- Hole 18.
- Red Rocks Golf- Hole 1.
- Rowville Lakes Golf Course- Hole 8.
If successful with their first shot, participants win the jackpot prize indicated on each club’s respective jackpot tracker webpage (or prize indicated on signage) if they have met all necessary criteria.
3. How to Enter
Local Party Hole Pty Ltd does not charge the player to enter into the competition.
To be eligible, the player must have paid for and completed a round of golf at the golf course on the date the prize is active.
The competition is active daily from 7am to 5pm, any shots completed that are eligible for prizing outside of these times will not be considered eligible for prizing.
Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, bank statement or booking confirmation) may be required to claim the prize.
4. Eligibility
- Players with current professional status from any golf organisation are ineligible.
- Entries must be completed during an authorised round of golf between the hours of 7am to 5pm when cameras are functional.
5. Participation
- One attempt per round of golf, per hole.
- All players must follow the official rules of golf.
- The green and cameras must not be obstructed.
- All shots must be recorded for verification purposes.
- Additional conditions per course:
- Eastwood Golf Club Hole 2: Play from yellow tees (on green side of water hazard) not eligible for prizing.
- Highercombe Golf & Country Club Hole 18: Only shots from the right hand tee box (as you face the hole) in line with the camera are eligible.
- Red Rocks Golf Hole 1: Only shots from within the left tee box (in which the camera is located) within view of the camera are eligible.
- Rowville Lakes Hole 8: Only shots from the back tee block on which the camera is positioned (behind the bridge) are eligible.
- Aston Hills- competition is not currently active here due to partnership ending with club.
- If you do not comply with these participation rules, Local Party Hole Pty Ltd may disqualify you.
6. Media Consent & Use of Captured Footage
By participating in any events, activities, or interactions facilitated by Local Party Hole Pty Ltd—whether in person or digitally—you grant your full consent for Local Party Hole Pty Ltd to use, reproduce, and publish any images, videos, or content featuring you across its media channels (“Materials”). This includes, but is not limited to
- Social media platforms
- Email newsletters
- Advertising materials
- The Local Party Hole website
- Other promotional or editorial content
You acknowledge that:
- Local Party Hole Pty Ltd owns the copyright and related rights in the Materials and that you do not have a right to inspect or approve the finished product that may be used.
- You will not be entitled to compensation, royalties or benefits for the use of such content.
- Local Party Hole Pty Ltd may edit or modify the content for clarity, style, or branding purposes.
- You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us via email at customersupport@localpartyhole.com or via our official social media channels. However, you will not be eligible for the prize if you withdraw your consent.
- By participating, you consent to the use of the Materials showing your attempt—including your image, name, voice, and likeness—by Local Party Hole Pty Ltd for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes.
- This includes publication on social media platforms, digital advertising, and branded content.
- If you do not wish to feature, you can notify us via email at customersupport@localpartyhole.com or connect via our social media channels with clear instructions as to where and when you played the hole
- You may withdraw future media use consent by contacting customersupport@localpartyhole.com; however, this does not affect content already published.
- If you are involved in group footage that is used for marketing and promotional purposes, however you as an individual do not consent to your image being used, measures such as blurring will be taken to protect your identity. Please advise us of the time and place of your participation so these measures can be enacted.
7. Notification of Hole-in-One
- Players must notify Local Party Hole Pty Ltd within 24 hours of hitting a hole-in-one.
- Scan the QR code on the exit (second sign) of the hole and register your details via Instagram or the sign up page to nominate yourself for verification and subsequent prize payment, or email customersupport@localpartyhole.com to notify us of your claim.
8. Technical Issues, video footage and verification
- Camera equipment is installed at the hole to verify valid attempts and capture promotional footage.
- If technical failure prevents footage capture, Local Party Hole Pty Ltd may, at its discretion:
- Accept alternate verification methods (e.g., witness statements or on-course official reports), which need to be sent to customersupport@localpartyhole.com, or o Deem the claim ineligible if no reliable verification is possible.
- Obstruction, interference, or tampering with the recording equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
9. Decision of the Promoter
All decisions made by Local Party Hole Pty Ltd are final. Local Party Hole Pty Ltd will not enter into any correspondence regarding the decisions.
10. Judging Criteria
This is a game of skill. Chance does not play a role in determining the winner.
11. Major Prizes
- The prize for a hole-in-one begins at $1,000 AUD, as indicated on the sign at the hole and grows by $10 per day until a player hits a valid hole-in-one, at which point it resets to $1,000.
- The total value of prizes available will be displayed on each club’s jackpot tracker webpage at the time of the attempt (or indicated on the sign if the jackpot has reset to $1,000).
- Prizes must be claimed as per Clause 12 (Claiming) or will be forfeited.
12. Claiming
- Players must notify Local Party Hole Pty Ltd of their prize claim within 24 hours of their hole-in-one or other potential prizeworthy action.
- Scan the QR code on the exit (second sign) of the hole and register your details to nominate yourself for verification and subsequent prize payment.
- Prizes will be paid within 14 days to the nominated bank account after Local Party Hole Pty Ltd has verified and confirmed that all terms have been met.
13. Amendment and Withdrawal
Local Party Hole Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, end, amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time. This includes the right to disqualify affected entries or change a prize, in accordance with applicable state or territory laws.

Local Party Hole Pty Ltd collects personal information from you to run the competition. Local Party Hole Pty Ltd complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

By entering, participants consent to receive promotional communications. You may opt out at any time via emailing customersupport@localpartyhole.com with specific instructions as to when and where you participated.

18. Disqualification
Local Party Hole Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify participants for rule violations or inappropriate conduct.
All eligibility and disqualification decisions are final.
19. Compliance with State and Territory Regulations
The competition complies with all relevant laws.
20. Disputes and jurisdiction
This document is governed by the laws of New South Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

Any attempts to tamper or commit fraud will result in disqualification and may result in further legal action.
